I. AVAILABILITY
Available to Members located on or adjacent to the Cooperative's three-phase
lines for all uses subject to the established rules and regulations of
the Cooperative. This schedule shall be limited to Members whose load
exceeds 50 kW and whose load factor is less than 60%.
II. TYPE OF SERVICE
Three-phase, 60 cycles, at Cooperative's standard voltage.
III. PROTECTION
Protection of three-phase motors against single-phasing shall be the responsibility
of the member. Adequate overcurrent protection of all motors shall be
the responsibility of the member.
IV. NET MONTHLY RATE
Demand Charges:

V. MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE
The minimum monthly charge shall be the highest one of the following charges
as determined for the member in question.
1. The minimum monthly charge specified in the contract for service.
2. A charge of $50.00.
3. The Demand Charge
VI. DETERMINATION OF BILLING DEMAND
The billing demand shall be the maximum kilowatt demand established by
the member for any period of fifteen consecutive minutes during the
month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by a demand
meter and adjusted for power factor as follows. However, in no event shall
the billing demand be less than 80% of the greatest maximum demand established
during the preceding eleven (11) months.
VII. POWER FACTOR ADJUSTMENT
Cooperative reserves the right to determine the power factor of member's
installation served hereunder. Should the average lagging power factor
during the month be determined to be below 85 percent, the member's
kilowatts of maximum demand for billing purposes will be adjusted by multiplying
the kilowatts of maximum demand by 85% and dividing by the average lagging
power factor.
IX. FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT
The above charges shall be increased as determined under Power Cost Adjustment
Clause PCA-WST.
X. PRIMARY DISCOUNT
At the option of the member, there will be a discount of 5 percent,
applicable to the monthly kilowatt-hour charge only, provided service
is supplied at the Cooperative's primary distribution voltage and the
member furnishes and maintains all necessary transformations beyond
this point.
X. TAXES
All sales taxes or other taxes levied on the sale of electric power by
any governmental authority shall be added to the above rate schedule in
accordance with the applicable laws.
XI.TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net, the gross rates being 5% higher on the bill.
In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within twenty (20) days
from the date of the bill, the gross rates shall apply.
