Ballpark, Church, and Recreation Electric
Service
I. AVAILABILITY
Available to Members for all ballparks, churches and recreation centers
subject to the rules and regulations of the Cooperative. The capacity
of the individual motors under this schedule shall not exceed 10 HP.
II. TYPE OF SERVICE
Single-phase or three-phase, if available, 60 cycles, at available secondary
voltages.
III. PROTECTION
Protection of three-phase motors against single-phasing shall be the responsibility
of the Member. Adequate overcurrent protection of all motors shall be
the responsibility of the Member.
IV. NET RATE
Monthly Fixed Charge..........................@ 7.50 per month
Energy Charges
All kWh..........................@ $0.04840 per kWh
V. MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE
The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be the Monthly Fixed
Charge.
VI. POWER COST ADJUSTMENT
The above charges shall be increased as determined under Power Cost Adjustment
Clause PCA-WST.
VII. TAXES
All sales taxes or other taxes levied on the sale of electric power by
any governmental authority shall be added to the above rate schedule in
accordance with the applicable laws.
VIII. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The above rates are net, the gross rates being 5% higher on the bill.
In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within twenty (20) days
from the date of the bill, the gross rates shall apply.
