Small Commercial

I. AVAILABILITY

Available to small commercial establishments that can be supplied with single-phase service subject to the established rules and regulations of the Cooperative. The capacity of individual motors served under this schedule shall not exceed 10 HP.

II. TYPE OF SERVICE

Single-phase, 60 cycles, at available secondary voltages.

III. PROTECTION

Adequate overcurrent protection of all motors shall be the responsibility of the Consumex.

IV. NET RATE

Monthly Fixed Charge..................@ $7.50 per month
All kWh..................................@ $0.04713 per month

V. MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE

The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be the Monthly Fixed Charge.

VI. POWER COST ADJUSTMENT

The above charges shall be increased as determined under Power Cost Adjustment Clause PCA-WST.

VII. TAXES

All sales taxes or other taxes levied on the sale of electric power by any governmental authority shall be added to the above rate schedule in accordance with the applicable laws.

VIII. TERMS OF PAYMENT

The above rates are net, the gross rates being 5% higher on the bill. In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within twenty (20) days from the date of the bill, the gross rates shall apply.

Small Commercial Service - Three Phase

I. AVAILABILITY

Available to three-phase small commercial users located on or adjacent to the Cooperative's three-phase lines for all uses including lighting, heating and small power subject to established rules and regulations of the Cooperative. This schedule shall be limited to service where no more than 50 kW of load is required.

II. TYPE OF SERVICE

Three-phase, 60 cycles, at available secondary voltages.

III. PROTECTION

Protection of three-phase motors against single-phasing shall be the responsibility of the Member. Adequate overcurrent protection of all motors shall be the responsibility of the Member.

IV. NET RATE

Monthly Fixed Charge..................@ $9.00 per month
All kWh....................................@ $0.04903 per month

V. MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE

The minimum monthly charge under the above rate shall be the Monthly Fixed Charge.

VI. POWER COST ADJUSTMENT

The above charges shall be increased as determined under Power Cost Adjustment Clause PCA-WST.

VII. TEMPORARY SERVICE

Temporary service shall be supplied in accordance with the foregoing rate except that the Member shall pay, in addition to the foregoing charges, the total cost of connecting and disconnecting service less the value of materials returned to stock. A deposit, in advance, may be required of the full amount of the estimated bill for service, including the cost of connection and disconnection.

VII. TAXES
